The garlic butter shrimp were excellent! Even my fussy children LOVED it and have requested it again. We ate it with garlic rice (again, delicious and I’ll be cooking my rice like this more often) and a fried green veg medley (chopped kale, courgette, runner beans, spring onions, spinach, chard and plenty of garlic and chilli). Really tasty, easy family friendly dish. Thank you!

Durante años he usado esta receta como base para mi chimichurri. Soy Español, así que perdona las pequeñas atrocidades que voy a describir a continuación. Añado una Shalota, uso Vinagre de Sidra, reduzco la sal a la mitad y, en su lugar, pongo 1/4 de paprika dulce ahumada y 1/4 de paprika picante ahumada… la prueba de sabor la hago con un trocito de buen pan, y voy ajustando (como buen Español, mi proporción de aceite es mayor…)
Es un placer, para mi, conocer a tu padre a través de esta receta.

I have just found you today, I looked up moist chicken recipes I have now printed off 6 of them and cooked 1 for this evening, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and as you said super quick it was your quick backed chicken we both loved it and even better we have enough for another meal.
