I love food and really enjoy cooking. I’ve only made your chicken parm so far and it was excellent! I’ll be trying the chicken stroganoff for dinner tonight and plan to try the buttermilk cornbread soon. So many recipes and so little free time. Anyway, keep up the wonderful work and the out of this world photos!

It was delicious and will be making it again. Instead of using spinach , I used water cress and also considered using dandelion. Thanks for the recipe.

I love your recipes, and I am going to try one of them this evening, the roasted carrots, although I am unsure which version yet. I lost my mother to leukemia, and she, like most mothers, was the best cook I have ever known. She made some of the best mole, tostadas, chilles rellenos, and enchiladas. i don’t know if it is ment to be like that but its very hard to get the videos that matches the recipe through your website . i had to search each name through youtube . i don’t know if you have a playlist menu posted on your website please let me know becuase i couldn’t find it .
